FREE UPS Ground for orders of $30.00 or more!!! Continental U.S only
$8.50 shipping rate applies to orders under $30.00. Continental U.S only
Most items will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Additional time may be needed around Holidays.
We ship out of Minnesota. See UPS map below for Day Definite Delivery times. At this time, we only ship packages to the 48 Continental States. We ship all orders by UPS. Because of delivery and tracking issues, we will not ship via USPS. Because we use UPS for our shipments, we need a full street address to ensure a prompt, effective delivery. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. Please supply full address.
Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the rest of the Globe - Please contact us at our Toll Free number 866-506-5244 for shipping rates. Exact weighted postage charge will be applied in lieu of the $8.50 charge reflected on the order. No sales tax still applies for these orders. Please note, customer is responsible for all duty, taxes or postage due upon delivery of product.

Returns/Exchange Policy
Our Policy
Here at the Totem Pole, we want you to be a 100% satisfied customer. We totally back up all of our Minnetonka Moccasin Products. Return any unworn product in the original Minnetonka Moccasin box within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied and we will replace it or provide a refund back to you at the product cost. When returning the product, please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip and a brief letter of instruction with the reason for return.
We require a ten percent restocking fee on two or more items returned from the same order.
Exchanges
If you have purchased a product and would like to exchange it for a different size, color or style, simply return your unworn product to the address below. Please enclose a check for $8.50 to cover return shipping and handling.
